Wat Chong Nonsi (วัดช่องนนทรี) is one of Bangkok’s oldest temples dating back to the late Ayutthaya era. The ubosot is styled with the curved lines of a boat, an architectural style known as thong sampao that was popular in this period. The inside walls have well preserved murals from the era also but unfortunately the ubosot is usually locked.
